Driving to Work
Summer 2002

So in case you're curious, this was what I got to see every day for a few months as I took my quick little drive from home to work and back.

Heading down 79th Street, if you look way to the end of the road, where it ends, that's Shawnee Mission Park, the 2nd largest park in the city a mile from my house, and I go there all of a few times. But I'm glad it's there.

Then I get on this road called Renner. It's one of my all time favorite roads.

Still on Renner. Very cool road. Now I can pass people too. Not that I would ever be driving fast enough to need to do that.

Yup, Renner still. Notice how busy this road is? Did I mention it's one of my all time favorite roads?

Old farm house, probably won't be there too much longer. Oh, yea, I'm still on Renner.

Kinda hard to see, but that's an old big huge barn. Oh, and there's cows in that field all the time too. Cool eh?

This is the water tower they built last year. It's so new I've heard that people have tried to climb up it and they ran into some problems. But anyway, its good because its near where I work, and its big and tall, so I can say "I work near that water tower".

That's where I work, the building off center towards the right. Yea, hay is cool. I like hay a lot. No, I don't eat it, but its fun because it smells good and is fun to play on.

Well, I'm here, (well, almost). I gott go in and work. I'll catch ya when I'm done.

Going past the hay again.

And away from work, good shot of the field and building.

Green light! I better put the camera down and drive.
