| In a random adventure, Tim & I decided to drive up South Mountain and do some "hiking", where hiking is more walking around on trails. We found a very nice spot for taking a panorama photo of Phoenix. Unfortunatly the photos turned out a little washed out, however I salvaged them somewhat. For perspective, I also included an out-dated map of phoenix, since it was the best map i could find quickly. The full-size photo was so large I had to split it into two pieces, I guess jpg doesn't like really really really wide images. If you choose to load these be warned, they're over 1.5 MB each so it'll take a long time to load up. The left side image stretches from Avondale around to US-60. The right side goes from US-60 to Ahwatukee. Next trip I'll try to get better pictures to panoramize. |
