I'm just about ready to head off to St. Louis, wrapping the last few things up at work for the week. Today is one of the few days I was glad I had to spend most of the time in the lab. You see, there's something in the ceiling. Something making noise. A very very annoying squeaking noise. And it taunts me. It will start to fade, and even stop squeaking for a moment, as if it is going to finally be quiet. But it comes back. Every time. Luckily I have my headphones, and can cover up the squeak with music. A bit louder than I normally listen to music at work, but this warrants it. There're few people here today as it is, something about spring break + friday. There's only 5/11 people from my row who were here today at all, and many are/have left early. Such as me. So I think I'll be leaving, as soon as I shut everything down.
