I finally got the seller's disclosure's today. They were not really very exciting, but I hae them now so I can move on with the inspection stuff and appraisal and hopefully have the paperwork for this deal wrapped up soon. In fact, I already faxed in the list of things that I want the seller to repair/replace. That, and its pretty nice here tonight... like, its down to about 90 degrees now, so I think I'm going to get myself unlazy and go running.
