Today was a fun day. It started off by me thinking "why didn't my alarm go off already", followed by much rapiditiy in getting ready for work. I took my lunch time to go do the final walk through on the house. Everything was in good order. Picked up BK while I was out, and ate my cheeseburgers while driving... takes much talent, especially when you have to shift. I managed to avoid getting ketsup stains too, woohoo! Then I had to leave work earlyish to go to the title company to sign a few (read: lots) pages of paperwork, mostly concerning my loan. Fun times. It actually went pretty fast, about 30 minutes. I skimmed everything, the funnies thing is gasoline is listed as a "hazardous material", and I'm technically not allowed (per the loan) to have any "hazardous materials" on the premises. So, no parking cars in the garage, or gas powered lawn mower... Right-o.

While all this is going on, Al isn't going to be around Saturday to help me move. I suppose being in California is a good excuse. However, he has a job interview there. Yea, thats right... there's a pretty good chance he'll be moving to cali for a 1 year rotational position (i.e. he's guaranteed his spot back here in a year if he wants it). So, I guess my timing for buying my own place is either really good or really bad depending on how you look at it.
