As you probably noticed, Typhoon has been down since early morning this past Easter Sunday. After several phone calls to Qwest, and finally getting a technician dispatched, we are back up and running. The culprit was a Qwest technician who disconnected my line because there was no dialtone (I just have DSL, no phone service). Now my biggest question is what was this technician doing disconnecting phone lines at 7 in the morning on Easter Sunday? I will probably never know. I'm debating calling back to Qwest tonight to see how they're going to rectify this from a billing perspective - if its worth my time pursuing.
