I should be sleeping... but we'll get to that in a second

I realized something the other day. I have no problem spending money on a machine that will do something for me, or make something a lot easier... such as a washing machine, dishwasher, or a nice kitchenaide mixer. You buy it, it lasts a long time, and you use it a lot. By you I particularly mean me. However, I do have a hard time paying someone else to do work for me. For example, paying someone to trim my palm trees... I did do that, because I don't have the equipment. But other yard work, car work, stuff around the house... if I can do it myself, I pretty much always do. I'm not sure why I find it so much easier to buy a device that makes my life easier than to pay someone to do something that makes my life easier.

Ok, now that i've vented that... I really need to get to sleep, however, there's more to vent. I don't know why I can't get myself to go to bed earlier. Tonight I had quite a bit to do, but I could've gotten it done probably an hour faster had I realy tried. But now I'm looking at the clock and realizing I really wanted to get to sleep earlier than this, the same thought I had last night, and the night before.

Anyway, we're leaving for Payson tomorrow night after work, then on to Kansas as described in the last post. Laptop will be along, so hopefully there will be some updates along the trip. Oh joy, i know you can hardly contain yourself.
