I know the rest of the country is in a cold spell, and thus it seemed appropriate for me to work on my car's air conditioning more today. I stopped by checker and picked up a new can of R134a - after I had to waste the can I ordered online because the hose assembly packaged with it basically fell apart. Anyway, the new one worked much better. Strange thing is it the gauge still reads that it is right on the border of being empty, but the a/c definitly blows cold air (45 degrees). I'm just going to go with it for now. Oh, the other really cool thing, the place I ordered the refrigerant from online actually refunded my money, once I emailed them with the problems I had with it! Also today, I've been working on my tax returns. Things look to be very good in terms of a healthy return. I just need to get my IRA contribution done before I can file them. So I'll do that this week and then send in the return next week. It looks like those new LCD monitors will be on the way soon...
