I've been doing some thinking... ha. I'm almost always thinking about something, sometimes thats a problem... too much thinking, not enough doing. Anyway. I came to a realization regarding one of my big downfalls: idealizing. I think this might be one of those things that holds me back. For example, girls. I tend to idealize certain acquaintances to the point where its impossible for anybody else to measure up, so I dismiss any other possibilities. Of course, I haven't exactly gone out of my way to meet new potentials either. But this same concept of idealizing applies to other things too, such that I really only like to take action on something when measures up to my ideal. Of course, thats not always such a bad thing either.
