It's that time of year... everyone's back from vacation and things "ramp" up. So, a quick rundown on events past and future:

• NYG Reunion Party - Last Sunday, small group of us who went to the youth gathering met at my house to look at pictures, watch some videos (skit guys!) and laugh quite a bit. Good times.
• YG Website - I've been working on, and finally went and just got a domain after waiting far too long for the people in charge of our church website to never email me back regarding putting it there. So for now, I'm just hosting it on my own server at cictempe.org. I guess I'm pushing the name, Chosen In Christ now too, since I paid for the domain. Sometimes you just have to do things or they'll never get done... this is a lesson I'm learning. Anyway, there's a bunch more stuff I need to add to it.
• Basketball - We had our first loss Monday night, against the other undefeated team. Tournament starts next week.
• Building Team - Meeting last wed, I dropped in after YG, and again tonight, we discussed usage of rooms, etc. The ball is rolling, although some people want to make it roll faster and others want to slow it down. My guess is its going to slow down.
• Youth Group - Meeting tomorrow, Hogi Yogi time... the gym floor at church is being replaced so we had to go off campus. Pool party Sunday at my house, I need to stop by Costco probably Saturday and pickup supplies (oh the joy of Costco on the weekend - but its worth it for the bread quality).
• Sound Board training - We have 2 new people to run the sound board at church to help switch off with other 'regulars' who have been doing it a lot lately and need a break. Training them on Friday after Emmanuel Praise practice.
