Despite the flight back being delayed rather a lot (we were boarding an hour and a half after our departure time), the flight itself wasn't bad. We did get to fly through some rain, which was only visible when the blinky light on the wing lit up, but was for the most part a smooth flight. I sat next to (with a seat in between) a nice young lady, coming to phoenix for some training classes, thanks to her employer honeywell. And not just any training, 4 weeks worth of training on lean. Hooray. And I thought my training on lean was annoyingly long. We talked for a bit, but due to the lateness of the flight compounded by the delay, we were both tired. The plane was rather frigged, so it wasn't easy to sleep, but I managed after a short bit. I think this was the first time I actually had a conversation with someone on a plane beyond just saying hello.
