Progress so far... Most of the tile is ripped up (everywhere but the shower area... waiting to do that until Tim moves out and I start using the other bathroom), and the cabinets are gone. I'm ripping out the drywall now, trying to save the lumber so I can reuse it. The duct work is going to be the problem part... need to get it up into the attic, and if possible do that right after it leaves the main duct so it's done for the kitchen too.
