I'm two days into my 2 months of FMLA bonding leave, and happy to report that I'm all caught up with posting of videos and photos! This is good news since Saturday marks the day when Adam turns 9 months old, and I know how everybody wants to see the Barry photos right away.

Adam is asleep, after a difficult day. I won't go into the details for why it was difficult, but it does remind me of when he was brand new and how much he's changed. Nearly 9 months later, its still obvious he has the same temperament from when he was brand new. I remember when he would get so worked up and the only way to calm him down was to literally jump up and down with him. Today was not much different, only jumping up and down for any period of time isn't quite as feasible with his current size and weight. He's super cute, yes, and generally well trained... but there's still those times when he's upset, he lets you know it, and its not obvious what the problem is. I ask him what the matter is, but he just keeps crying. I guess we know why that is.
