Tomorrow I leave for the beautiful state of Kansas. I'll be visiting relatives and all that before I (hopefully) start working full time. I'm undecided on a particular date of return, depends on what happens between now and then.

I forgot to mention in my last update that Friday night Peggy made some awesome dinner. She was trying out recipes, and they were all good. Afterwards, Krissy, Steven and I went with Phillip and one of his buds, another David, up to a coffee house in Scottsdale to listen to a band there and play some cards. It was pretty good entertainment for the $2 cover which was redeemable for a beverage. I of course got hot chocolate, since I'm not a big coffee fan. I was tempted with the carmel coffee thou. I don't remember the name of the band, but they were surprisingly very good, especially given the equipment constraints they had and they were missing their female vocalist/keyboardist. Their style is essentially rock/alternative. It was a really cool aptmosphere, I'll definitly try to go back sometime. They have open mic nights on thursdays, which I think would be very entertaining to say the least.
