I'm just curious, but has anyone actually seen Hot Cakes selling like Hot Cakes? So a quick update on the house hunt. House #1, prime location from work/church, not the nicest of neighborhoods, has a lot of potential but also needs a decent amount of work. I just got word that they have a written offer on that house. They may reject it, or I could get another offer to them to consider, but I'm not sure I'm ready for that. House #2, was on the market for 2 days and sold to an investor. I called the second day trying to get a time to go see it, but never heard back from the realtor, called him again today to learn of its near immediate sale (for more than the asking price). Clearly it was a good buy.

Going to Kansas tonight after work. Will be in KC tomorrow, then Saturday down to Coffeyville for Anna & Fred's wedding. Sunday will be spent in Coffeyville and driving home, flying out early Monday morning. Time to get back to work.
