General:

• Walking around costco can be dangerous, especially down the aisle with tools.
• Florescent light bulbs don't play well with dusk/dawn light sensors
• Popcorn ceilings sprayed before the 80's might have asbestos. I'm hoping mine doesn't.
• Unpacking can take much longer than you might expect. Especially when you keep on buying things to be unpacked.

Some specifics:

• 6 foot step ladder isn't tall enough for me to trim all my trees & hedges.
• I *still* haven't got my new receiver that I ordered before I moved. Website says it has been shipped, so I'm hoping it magically shows up.
• My grandparents are coming down in January for a 4-6 weeks, and staying with me... mmm, grandma food.
• It doesn't matter which way the wind blows, I get leaves in my pool.

I will try to get some pictures taken, but understand right now just doesn't make sense because I've got stuff everywhere. Maybe by next week. Oh, and Al is officially moving to California (long beach) this weekend. Yup. Already. Crazy. Anybody else moving to california I should know about?
