Merry Christmas... in languages I don't speak, thanks to Tim. The whiteboard does know everything, right?

Its hard to believe another year is almost over. Only two of the fifty-two weeks are left. My goodness. Well, I could sit and think about all those year end things, but I'll save that for another post. Instead, a quick rundown on the weekend. Friday night was an odd one, was supposed to have a movie night, but apparently the only people who came I didn't hear the doorbell ring. They did come late, and by then I had started watching a movie by myself. I guess its ok, we'll just do it again some other time and plan it in advance.

Saturday went and helped unload Al's dads stuff into Al's house. Good times, Mike & Mimi came and helped too. We unloaded the huge truck in just over an hour. Granted that just means getting the boxes inside the house. After we all had lunch (which takes a while with talkative people), I headed home. I then promptly turned around and went to watch some basketball games at Valley. Bryan did a great job announcing, as usual. Games were good, and against the rivals so the stands were fuller than normal. Good times.

Today has been quiet, the usual sunday morning routine (at least, as usual as it can be). Followed by a quiet afternoon and evening. I cooked lunch, trying to use up stuff left in the fridge before I leave. Also been doing laundry, so I can start packing soon.

The Christmas travel plans are to leave this Wed. morning, stopping in Lakin KS to see the grandparents, then on to KC on Friday. A quick drive to Topeka for Christmas day to see the other grandparents, and that side of the family. Returning from KC straight to Phoenix the following wednesday morning. Here's hoping the weather cooperates.

Tim says:

That's actually only one language, namely Noeli. The top part is written in the (semi-cursive form of the) Tehosu alphabet (the normal alphabet for the language) while the middle line is a Roman transliteration.

In case anyone is confused, the bottom line I'm pretty sure is English.
