Madeleine Albright, in this cnn article takes several swings at U.S. President Bush. I'm not even going to argue most of her points, just one... the very last thing she says: "I know I believe in God but I have doubts, and doubt is part of faith." I wonder if she has looked in a dictionary at what faith is: Confident belief in the truth, value, or trustworthiness of a person, idea, or thing. Or perhaps, since she claims to be a Christian she could use this definition from Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. It seems obvious to me that she does not have the slightest clue what faith is. So why would I care to listen her views on somebody else's faith? And even worse, why would I publish such a thing to the front page of CNN? CNN.points -= 10.
I don't know anything more about her background than what the article said.
