Problem: you have a cell phone from Europe, and therefore a power adapter from Europe. The power adapter is rated for 100-240v 50-60hz, so it will run fine anywhere you can get it plugged in. You don't have a US -> Europe plug adapter.

It may be wrong, but, it did work; the phone was fully charged this morning! Not recommended for anything pulling much current that's for sure! I do have the Type C -> Type A adapter for traveling, but this is the first device with a Type C plug I've ever had to deal with.
