Just got back from seeing Return of the King with Michael & Mark. Definitly a good movie, and the ending is a bit long, but I'll let that slide. I enjoyed it, but come the end I had the feeling of wishing that it wasn't over, that there was more to tell, etc. I suppose that's a sign of a good story. Now, just need to movtivate myself to read the rest of the books (almost done with Fellowship).

In non-LOTR news, my Mom's parents have been in town past couple days, they'll be here until Christmas. We've hda fun playing cards, and lots of good meals. Besides Michael & Mark, saw some good friends at church last Sunday. Another of my friends here engaged, getting married in Feb. Makes me feel like I'm getting old.

I'm working hard to get my Italy pictures sorted out, and cleaned up, and posted. There's really just far too many. I'll have to make a few pages of pictures, or something like that. Not sure how I'll tackle that part, guess it depends on how many pictures to show. My detailed memory is starting to go, so I'm glad I at least got those journal entries posted so I can refresh myself. I'm hoping to have at least some pics posted before I'm back in AZ.
