And so it is. I made an offer on a house last night, so now I'm waiting for what will most likely be a counter offer. However, since I have not heard anything yet today, I will assume he is going to wait until the last possible second hoping to get an offer better than mine. So I'm waiting, until 1pm Sunday - he must respond by then or lose the offer which would require starting the process all over again.

Other random news... I did finish the 4th harry potter, goblet of fire, yesterday. I've been bad about exercising lately, its been so hot its hard to do anything outside unless its between 5:30-7am, and I haven't so much been waking up then. I'm not a huge fan of indoor exercising, with the exception of lifting which its necessary to be inside. Otherwise, life has really quite boring.
