Ok, bad attempt at humor. So I made an offer on another house tonight. In that I'm expecting the worse, I'm waiting for them to return me a full-price counter offer. Well, worse than that would be someone else taking the house away from me, but if that happens I have nothing left to do but move on. So, I'm hoping for a counter of slightly less than full price, and we can work from there. Ok, if you're not bored of me rambling about houses by now, its practically a miracle. If you want to see pictures, IM me and I'll send you a link.

So I was trying to send this fax with my offer. The first few times the other side kept giving me all circuits busy. I tried with the landline and my cell phone, and then called the agent to let them know. She called back a little bit later and said their corporate fax system was down, and gave me her home fax number. However, that didn't work either right away, she had to get some wires sorted out and hooked up properly, then all seemed to be working, I left to play some music while it sent all the pages of necessary verbage thru. Come back and find a transmission error. Called back to see what I needed to resend, well, all of it. Now, in this day and age, where faxes are bw old skool technology, wouldn't you think it'd be pretty stable, simple, easy? No. So I sent it again, this time we both stayed on the line until it started spitting out pages, making sure it got past the first (most important) page.

So, we now play the waiting game. I do have to say I like this agent, she's much easier to deal with than the last. However, it would be better for me if she wasn't good, 'cause if I were in the seller's place I'd not accept less than full price offer (which I didn't make). Ok, sorry, I'm rambling again about houses.
