So I talked with the people who are supposed to be installing my new a/c unit. For all intensive purposes, they have lost the unit. I talked with them this morning and they were trying to locate it. I talked to them as I was leaving work, they were still trying to locate it. Um... is it really so difficult? I'm rather confused as to why they have difficulty doing this, it seems like it should be a normal thing for an a/c service company to order new units... Maybe I'm mistaken, or have my expectations set too high.
