As has been tradition sine I started the journal, at the end of each semester I've posted some things I've learned. A few of these carry over from the entire school year. I may add more, if I think of anything significant.

  1. Cat's screams can sometimes sound like children's screas.
  2. Brawtcicles.... this is just a bad idea.
  3. I can add Punk to the types of music I enjoy.
  4. Still haven't found that little red straight bladed screw driver, I'm hoping I will locate it during moving my stuff out.
  5. Jobs are still very hard to get.
  6. One should make every possible attempt to not let their lives get too busy.
  7. Understanding other people is probably the single most difficult thing to do.
  8. You can't do everything.
  9. Supressing your feelings is difficult.
  10. People remember you based on memorable clothing
  11. Having extra computer parts around is *very* handy.
  12. Job Fairs suck
  13. Buying cars from other states isn't as hard as all that, especially if you have an Al's Dad to help out.
  14. Selling a car in AZ without air conditioning is impossible.
  15. Sometimes depressing music can put you in a better mood.
  16. Most computer systems are poorly designed.
  17. I will never think the same way as the other business students.
  18. MBA students don't impress me.
  19. Leaving somewhere is hard. Leaving somewhere for good is harder Leaving somewhere for good where you have so many good memories and hardly any bad ones is heart wrenching.
  20. I can tolerate quite a bit of a mess, especially when I'm busy.
  21. Conversations between two computer scientists and a philosopher are very fun - Especially taking place at the hot tub.
  22. Being a friend sometimes means leaving someone alone. This can be very challenging.
  23. It's always best to try to determine why someone is annoyed with you as soon as possible.
  24. Curiosity can get you into trouble.
  25. Life is short. Don't forget to play, but do something meaningful.
  26. If humans weren't so gullible, marketing wouldn't work and products would have to sell themselves.
  27. It's difficult for someone to change their mindset, even after they've been proven wrong.
  28. Sometimes laziness / speed wins when it comes to food (i.e. minute rice), even for Tim.
  29. You'll never be good at something if you tell yourself you're bad at it.
  30. Most people are capable of way more than they think that they are.
  31. Some people are not.
